First school in Danube School Series – Danube Spring School, is held in Novi Sad, Serbia

Right after the holidays, Danube Spring School started in Novi Sad at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad and in Danube Area Research Center.

Danube Spring School (DSS), designed by Danube Area Research Center in partnership with the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, European Danube Academy and Andrássy University Budapest has been officially opened.

Participants of Danube Spring School are researchers from various academic backgrounds from 14 countries: Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Romania, Albania, Russia, Ukraine, China.

Lecturers at the school are from Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad; Andrássy University Budapest; Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Eberhard Karls University Tuebingen, EU Delegation in Serbia, Sberbank Belgrade, Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, EKO-tron company, Ninamedia Color Press Group, Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.

Danube Spring School 2017 will cover the topics covered by the EU Danube Strategy in order to help the participants to gain insight into Danube Region and to motivate participants for further education and professional development and networking.
